Panda comes to Kusakabe’s rescue amid the Shibuya destruction, while Mei Mei and Ui Ui are disclosed to have escaped to Malaysia. Employing his cursed spirits to incapacitate Yuji, Pseudo-Geto proceeds to absorb and consume Mahito, employing Uzumaki to adopt his Cursed Technique. Just as the Kyoto students arrive to offer support, they find themselves unable to inflict any meaningful damage.

Choso suddenly emerges and confronts Pseudo-Geto about his true identity as the man who experimented on him—Noritoshi Kamo, considered the most malevolent sorcerer in history. Pseudo-Geto discloses that Kamo is just one of the many identities he has assumed over the years. Choso also discovers that Yuji is purportedly one of his brothers and engages in a vengeful battle against Pseudo-Geto.

Despite Choso’s formidable power, it proves insufficient against Pseudo-Geto. When other sorcerers attempt to assist, Urarume intervenes and employs her Frost Calm Cursed Technique to freeze everyone solid. Before any harm can be inflicted, Yuki Tsukumo arrives to assist.

Things I Liked From Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Ep 22

  1. Panda’s Rescue: The moment when Panda rescues Kusakabe from the Shibuya destruction showcases fellowship and support among the characters. I also really appreciated Panda’s trust and support for Yuji despite Kusakabe’s opinion.
  2. Choso’s Revelation: Choso discovering the true identity of the antagonist, Noritoshi Kamo, adds an intriguing twist to the storyline, providing depth to the characters’ relationships. Well, the revelation scene proved insightful, for now at least.
  3. Kyoto Students’ Arrival: The arrival of the Kyoto students to provide backup demonstrates a sense of solidarity and cooperation among different groups of sorcerers. Their entrance to the context was stunning and I felt quite relieved too.
  4. Choso’s Vengeful Fight: Choso’s realization that Yuji is supposedly one of his brothers adds emotional depth to the story, and his decision to confront Pseudo-Geto in revenge is a powerful and engaging moment. The moment when Yuji calls him friend and Choso corrects him is a funny element added in the episode that was needed.
  5. Yuki Tsukumo’s Arrival: Yuki Tsukumo’s timely arrival to assist adds an element of surprise and potentially turns the tide of the battle, contributing to the suspense and excitement of the narrative. It was uncalled for.
