Well, it seems that Takemichi and the rest of the gang will be navigating the treacherous world of the Tenjiku in the next episode with a lot of heavy actions for sure.

But for now, let’s dive into the exciting developments of Tokyo Revengers Tenjiku Arc Episode 6.

What about Tokyo Revengers Tenjiku Arc Episode 6- The Narrative

Episode 6 picks up with Kisaki revealing his true intentions of having TOMAN under his grip. The audience also learns why Izana helped Kisaki in murdering his own sister. I found the reason damn crazy and right now, I am speculating he has some sincere psychological problem to get treated right away.

Next, we find Takemichi, Draken, and Mickey at the hospital, more particularly in front of the Morgue where Draken loses his shit. I found the expression on Mickey’s face extremely heart-shattering though. Now, Takemichi’s presence on the spot was truly awkward. The heartwrenching position made him stay and console the grieving brother and lover.

But Draken lost all his control, which was pretty obvious. He didn’t even hold back from hitting Mickey. Further, he throws all the names on Mickey’s face who are dead adding a tragic note to the montage.

Takemichi couldn’t bear but submit himself to them. However he also understood that it was not the time, and he took the responsibility as the 1st squad captain of TOMAN which was earnestly brave of him.

I must also include how he tried to cheer up the grieving friend of Emma who is none other than Hinata.

As expected, Takemichi’s presence is entirely ignored by the TOMAN members as he summons every one of them to go and fight the Tenjiku gang. But his pal and Vice President Chifuyu was only with him. I was also sure about Akkun and the others joining him in the deadly fight against Tenjiku. But, when Angry and Mitsuya, along with Hakkai and Pey-ha joined Takemichi it was genuine relief.

This act stirred up the nameless members of TOMAN to join the Cry Baby Hero in his quest as well. This makes me wonder what holds in the next installment. Further, the post-credit scene with Izana and his literally bloody face gives up a scope to wonder who got beaten and which way the narrative will take a furious turn.

Things I Liked From Tokyo Revengers Tenjiku Arc Episode 6

Takemichi’s Determination: This episode showcases Takemichi’s growth and determination once again. He’s come a long way from the timid, easily intimidated when we first met him. His willingness to face danger head-on to protect his friends and prevent tragedy is admirable, at this point in the show. I liked Takemichi from the start. And now, like always,  can’t help but root for him as he fights to change the future.

Development Of A Fierce Battle: We can expect an electrifying action sequence in the next episode for sure. The development of this prospective situation was brewing from the very first episode of Tenjiku ARC.

As Takemichi and his gang set off to face the formidable Tenjiku gang, the thrill and excitement are extremely on point at this point. The intensity of the upcoming fight is keeping viewers like me on the edge of their seats since the outcome remains uncertain until the very end.

Unraveling Mysteries: As the episode progresses, viewers are given more information about the Tenjiku’s true motive, internal politics, and rivalries. We also learn, some of the details on why Kisaki is so much interested in taking up TOMAN.

Also, we are made aware of why Izana supported Kisaki in murdering Emma. It adds an extra layer of complexity to the story, leaving fans such as me eager to learn more about the larger conflicts at play. I am extremely thrilled to find out what transpires in the next episode.

Emotional Resonance: Tokyo Revengers doesn’t shy away from emotional moments, and this episode is no different. It skillfully blends narrative with touching scenes, making it easy for viewers to connect with the characters on a personal level. I never expected to watch Draken wail, and Mickey go numb and shut. I knew how Hinata would respond, and it was just the way she did.

But Takemichi handles the whole situation, sincerely. Emma’s untimely death and the appointed fight with Tenjiku at play were stressful. He was also heart shattered, still, he managed to collect himself and take up the task of a leader.
