The Boys S3 Ep5 was another robust chapter from the franchise which had all the typical The Boys stuff(except for the musical for sure). Therefore it also had some solid moments that uplifted the 5th installment of the season making it more impactful and significant.
So, which were your The Boys moments that you have enjoyed the most?
Well, these are the selections from TOTT, see if we have your collection with us or not?
So, we begin with-
12 Moments From The Show That Made Your The Boys S3 Ep5 Great; Ranked
12th-Deep The Head Of Crime Analytics
The puppet lands up a big gig this time. Even his introductory speech was styled by his wife. His sexist comment and overconfident behavior sure make the montage quite annoying right?
11th-Butcher And Maeve
The intimate sequence shared by the Supe hater and a Supe was definitely unexpected. Well, this montage gave us a very argumentative situation where some might support it while some will not. Don’t forget to tell us, did you like the closeness shared by this team of two?
Well, we felt that the scene was plotted purely for the sake of the advancement of Maeve’s fate. Additionally, the scene authentically damaged Butcher’s lover boy image. What’s your call?
10th-The Musical
The out-of-the-genre montage quintessentially gave us a moment to breathe, which we did not need by the way. It was very irrelevant to the theme of what was going on. But let us appreciate Kimiko’s physical condition for a second.
The blissful mental state is represented here. Those who dislike musicals would honestly not connect to the montage but whoever connects with it, are not the typical target audience of the show. What makes the moment meaningful is the surprising confession of love which Kimiko indicates with a kiss.
9th-Kimiko’s Realization
Of course, she was a great team player, but she hated her powers truly. So, her wish is finally answered, and all hail to Soldier Boy. She realizes that she lost her Supe power and she is just the basic human that she wanted to be.
What makes the montage significant is when we realize, that Kimiko is still alive but powerless, but Crimson Countess dies all brutally burnt after receiving that deadly blow.
8th-The Blue Hawk Scene
A-Train failed to imagine what this irresponsible, and racist Supe could bring into his community and also to his life. The sudden trigger made Blue Hawk take quick indecisive actions that simply ruined his image amongst the Black Community. Also, what was your take on ‘Supe Lives Matter’?
7th-The Record From The Past
Keeping all the biased behavior aside, the recording genuinely made us pitty Soldier Boy, right? Also, we understood the unsettling response that this Supe gave us on his very first interaction with the normal world which was after so long as it seemed.
So, coming back to the recording that we watched, it was quite inhumane while being effectively merciless, even Butcher empathized with the situation he saw.

6th-Hughie, The Teleporter
The smooth smile on his face assured his delights in experiencing the power of TEMP V. He in hope of genuine support spills about his new secret to his Supe girlfriend, which however receives a very harsh yet concerned rejection.
5th-The Lovebirds
Starlight’s disapproval of Hughie turning into a Supe and teaming up with Soldier Boy led to a cold fight which we can assume is soon to be resolved. However, her constant whining about Hughie turning into a Supe was something irritating. Her virtuous way killed Supersonic, still, she thinks a fair way can help her win the battle against Homelander. Let’s see what happens now.
4th-Homelander Gets Maeve
Another significant realization of superhuman power is made prominent when we hear, that Homelander smells Butcher all over Maeve. The conversation shared was really very triggering while being very intense. Maeve had her reason and Homelander was typically himself. The sudden assistance of Noir is what enhanced the narrative. Let us just wait to learn Maeve’s current status?
3rd-The New Introduction
Finally, Ashley seats the CEO position while Homelander is the new leader of Vought. His absence from interior management was quite obvious because of his species. But his urgent interests land him to learn some new words which intimidate the Supe.
The unsettling expression was pretty natural for a mentally unstable person, that sure creeped us up while scaring the heck out of Maureen. Ashley saves the situation.
2nd-The Devastating Blast
As soon as he lands in his place, Soldier Boy sure made a massive apprehension of his entry into the region. Killing around several civilians while intimidating the alive ones and the Omniman of The Boys was sure something. His certain visit made us finally come face to face with the Legend. He was the information booth that gave us an angle to saught out the next precedented move of this Supe.
1st-The Meeting With The Soldier Boy
Butcher and the team land up and wait patiently for Soldier Boy to arrive at Crimson Countess’s place(let us not talk about her job at all ). But the shocking revelation of Crimson Countess being the person who sold out her boyfriend to the Russians was a plot twist. Her death was again one of those insignificant deaths that should not bother you at all.
But what makes the meet and greet important is the confrontation between Butcher and Soldier Boy. We are yet to know the arrangement that took place between these two, right?
