The Titles

The New Neighbour
Ethan from The Women In The Window and Emma from The Women In The House Across The Street From The Girl In The Window win the favor of the Annas, at their first meeting only. Both the Annas were in grief because of the loss of their kids, therefore when the neighbor kid shows up, they befriend the ladies quickly.
The Annas Are Too Similar
Yes, they are on pills, they are red wine ladies, they are a loner, and are under therapy. They are damsels in distress, miserable, obsessive, unstable, sick, judgemental, shallow ladies who from no angle gain any form of empathy. Further, these ladies are tech-savvy and enjoy playing detectives too, constantly spying on their new neighbors. In addition, they were habitants of an old house that squeaks a lot.
Also, both the Annas, don’t fail to humiliate themselves a number of times in the show.
They too hallucinate about talking to their family and it is due to their medication. This mental condition makes them, their own villain, proving them delusional numerous times and ultimately making them the wrong person in the show.
However, when the series and the movie come to an end, we find both the Annas proving themselves right and gaining apologies from the detectives.

An Extra Lady Fell Victim
In The Women In The Window, we have Pamela Nazin who was the executive assistant to Russell, who falls from the terrace and dies. On the other hand, we have Miss Patrick the school teacher who died after falling from a lighthouse in the supposed parody.
The Villains
In The Women In The Window, we have Ethan an almost 16-year-old teenager who is sick and takes the path of killing his birthmother, because he thought she, is not good. Similarly in the supposed parody, we see Emma planting her mother’s death because she was pregnant with a baby, and Emma never wanted a sibling.
Both Ethan and Emma attack the handyman in the shows, however, David dies, but Buell survives. Further both the villains want the damsel in distress to bear the blame. They lurk inside their old home and works with the evidence to put the blame on the Annas.
