Eternals Review: So, What About The Movie?

Well, watching the movie in 3D is sure a good idea. Honestly, Chole Zhao did an amazing job in directing the flick. Although the movie’s plot point varies a lot from the actual storyline from the comic designed by Jack Kirby, still you are going to love it.

However, there is no guarantee over the emotional quotient of the comic readers at this point. They might think of watching something core to the comic universe, nevertheless, ended up watching something really different. (#SharingNoSpoilers )

Now, the movie begins with Ajak the prime Eternal assigning tasks to the team of 9 other Eternals, for saving the planet Earth from Deviants.

The Eternals are tasked with saving the human race to enhance population growth and guide their existence. As the movie proceeds, you will be amazed how the story narrates down, breaking to us the actual source of mythical stories from every rich culture that Earth has in her library today.

Eternals : The Good And The Bad

The GOOD

The action sequences choreographed were too minute, which will make you stay engaged till the end. Angelina Jolie portrayed the warrior God Thena in the movie. The stances were too cool to miss out on.

Moving on with the background score, that is produced by Ramin Djawadi was again Good. Yes, you will love the scores.

Next, are the actors, you will love all the main leads. Each of them did a brilliant job in their portrayal of Eternals.

Lastly, hearing BTS was a sure surprise element, added, to spice up the mood of all the Armies watching the movie. Hearing the duo Jimin and V in their song Friends was quite unexpected, in the movie.

Gemma Chan was not that good for Sersi. She could have done much better on her part. The great revelation scene was too easy to digest, as shown by her expression. Instead of being furious, or frustrated or something very disappointed, the sad face that she showed was not at all satisfying.

The ending of the movie, which was shown again was not satisfying. It was the end of the world, but you won’t get to see much from the movie.

And lastly, Ikaris’s decision was not at all like the character portrayed till the very end. He is ambitious and can exceed his general limits. But the end was not at all his style.

TOTT’s Take On Eternals

Druig and Dane Whitman were some of those good characters who performed agreeably in the movie. Though both of them especially Dane Whitman, took very little spotlight on the screen, he still, harvested a neat base for the upcoming Marvel project, that we can stay excited about.

And as for Druig, his slow ascent and calculative decisions to prevent the human race from killing each other were actually considerate. Although he played the opposite of his character in the comics, the actor and the character were appreciable.

Well, this is it from TOTT. It is definitely a thumbs-up. You should watch the movie and wait for the upcoming Marvel projects.
