The Unforgivable : The Good & The Bad

The Good

The direction by Nora Fingscheidt is very engaging, you will love the way the plot points make you stick till the end.

The actors too did their tasks very proficiently. Considering the movie just because of Sandra Bullock without a doubt is the right choice. Her grim plot will make you see the other side of the story which remains unspoken. In addition, her costars also did their job nicely.

Hans Zimmer is a talented musician and has proved his skill time again. Once again he did his job wonderfully. However, we have David Flemming too in the production team. This duo justified the gloomy setting with their thoughtful music matching the ambiance.

Further, the cinematographer Guillermo Navarro and the editors Joe Walker and Stephan Bechinger did their job perfectly.

Why not give a special thanks to the screenplay writers? Thank you, Peter Craig, Hillary Seitz, and Courtney MIles for making this movie.

The Bad

Precisely speaking there is nothing bad. However, people who look for enthralment might give up after one hour, since it is a story-driven plot, so you have to seat patiently. The first one hour is simply sequences that build up the entire atmosphere, and the last one hours make you stay focussed with all the narratives and the engagements. So, it is a great choice of a flick for patient people but people who can hardly stay put with their actions might feel difficult to complete the same.

Additionally, you might speculate the ending of the movie as well.

Further, the gloomy weather might be a buzzkill too.
