Netflix brought a horror flick on 2nd December 2021 which is The Whole Truth 2021. The Whole Truth 2021 is a directorial venture of Wisit Sasanatieng and is written by Abhishek J. Bajaj. The movie belongs to the horror, mystery genre that definitely makes you at least consider watching the film. We have the subtle notion that how the Thai movie industry has the capacity to draw good plot points into some awesome movies. I have watched Shutter along with some more Horror flicks from Thailand. That somehow managed me to get engaged with this one. So what about the flick that Netflix is streaming right now?

The Whole Truth 2021: What About The Story?
After meeting with a car accident, Mai is hospitalized leaving behind her two kids Pim and Putt. The sibling duo gets accompanied by their grandfather to the hospital from where their grandparents take them to their home. They make them stay with the old couple, enforcing them to follow their house rules and regulation. The siblings lived a free life under their single mother, so adjusting to those conventions was difficult. One day they notice a hole on the wall to which the grandparents remain unknown. Only the kids were able to see the hole. Days pass by, with the sibling duo getting drawn towards the hole each day. The bother Putt in fact couldn’t resist looking inside the hole.
So, this sums up the whole story. Definitely, there are numerous details alongside the original plot points.

The Whole Truth 2021: The Good & The Bad
The Good
The story. I personally liked the story. However, you will only get a thorough idea of the same towards the end of the movie.
The actors. Yes, the actors played their part well. All, the actors did their job good.
The last 40 minutes of the movie is great.

The Bad
Well, the slow narrative of the movie kind of killed the mood. It is a two-hour plot but you have to hold your patience till the end to know what is the deal of the whole ghost sightings and all.
Poor representation of the ghost. Once you watch the movie you will understand what the idea is. You will not feel scared at all.
While Concluding
After watching movies like Shutter and Inhuman Kiss, you might grow an expectation from The Whole Truth 2021. However, if you love your time, do not seat for the show. It is simply not worth the time you would invest. Just to know the story and what is the real deal, investing 2 hours from your day is not a good choice at all. It is very slow, so, after watching for 40-45 minutes max, you might lose your patience. But the ghost sightings in the show from time to time might make you stay put with the flick till the last. At least, this is what I did.
Again I would like to appreciate the story, but the execution of the same was too slow.
